Our Show and Assembly Themes

Don't Try This at Home!

We often encourage children to try some of our show experiments at home, but not with this show. Don't Try This at Home has some experiments that are not appropriate for children to do or require exotic chemicals. But they make for exciting demonstrations with lots of reactions and a BOOMing finale!

Fire and Ice

This spectacular show thrills audiences with impressive science experiments. The event includes foggy dry ice storms and demonstrates how giant beach balls can float in the air. Students are amazed by sizzling, shivering scissors and special bubbly showers!

Marvels of Motion

In this high energy event, children see Newton’s three laws of motion in action. They try exciting experiments, compete in crazy competitions, and learn the physics behind some of their favorite sports.

Up, Up and Away!

This interactive show introduces children to the principles of air and pressure and how they affect the world all around us. Children are amazed as a soda bottle is crushed before their very eyes - a hot air balloon rises high above their heads – a giant vortex generator sends out bursts of air. Volunteers from the audience will even get the chance to ride on a cushion of air.

The Flight Stuff

This highflying outdoor event introduces children to the principles of flight and rocketry. In this show, the Mad Scientists will introduce concepts such as lift, drag, and thrust while conducting experiments ranging from simple paper airplanes, to balloons, all the way to launching actual Mad Science rockets! [Outdoors Only]

This exciting special event examines the various forms of energy we encounter on a daily basis. From sound, heat, electricity, and more the audience will be energized. Watch the Mad Scientist mix up a batch of exothermic elephant toothpaste! [Indoors only]

Preschool Show

The Preschool Show draws specific experiments from our school age shows that are tailored to younger minds. It is an exciting show that explores, balance, energy, chemistry, physics, and so much more…all while being presented in a dynamic and interactive way to captivate and educate curious preschool minds!
